Curious as to what happened?
« on: June 21, 2011, 08:26:00 PM »
Been away from electronics for a few days and have a question for the administrators - Curious as to what happened to the past year's threads while utilizing the search option?

Thanx

Just searched the word 'sweat' (title-any date)...as in TX Sweat.....and there are 3 pages of titles dating back to March 2006....

All looks good to me.

Do a search on my handle using "Member Number or Public Display Name:", and prior to today, my last thread says May 2010.

Thanx

For most of the day I had strange search options going on. most of the "recent posts" and other searches would go to ...may 2010.  :dunno:
It seems to be working for me now, since about 8pm. fwiw.

Search is working fine for me. It's prevented at least a dozen annoying new topic threads from me.    :bigsmyl:

I am missing about a years worth of "recent posts"

I thought it was odd but not life threatening.

Folks, I spoke with Rob this morning about this. He will be looking into it first thing tomorrow. Like others, when I look at Topics Started, I am missing all the way back to May 2010.

For me it's Recent Posts, none before 6/20, but doesn't seem to have affected pm's or the search function.

Terry – Go to the header, open/launch “My Profile”, then open/launch, “My Recent Posts”…. About a year’s worth are gone. As Two Tracks stated – gone back from May 2010..... But yeah, nothing life threatening...  :)

I'm having the same issue.  When I go to my profile and check recent posts all i get are my posts from today and yesterday.  If I do a search of my user name I get the same thing.  It feels kinda like this:
