First trip to Compton
«
on:

I made my first trip to Compton this past weekend. I finally got a chance to meet Jim from Blackcreek Bows and Chuck from Two Tracks - two of the nicest, kindest people I have ever met. I had previously purchased a vest from Chuck and I already shoot a bow made by Jim. It was nice to finally put a face with the guys that got me these awesome products! If you haven't checked out what these guys do- make sure to do so. Meeting these guys was the highlight of my trip to Compton! Looking forward to next year.

I will second Chuck for Fine Gentleman Honors. He surprised me with my new Pure Michigan Longwalker longbow and a knife that KHALVERSON made to match my new Stalker longbow. Chuck and his wife Chris are fine people who make fine products!

Pleasure meeting you as well Justin. I enjoyed our visit. I have been working on that wood we talked about, waiting for a few call backs.
Take care,
Chuck

Last year was a first for me, but I was unable to make it this year.
I`ll be there next year...come hell or high water.
I want a vest from Chuck real bad. I bet one of those vests could stop a bullet from a .22 Mag, and if it can do that, a Northwest wind during December would be a piece of cake!
I`ll see you there Justin!
