Can I buy one string from 3 rivers archery and use it for a short string to tiller and use it as my shooting string?

A short string for tillering isn't short enough for shooting. You'll need two.

Trick Question!  :D

A tillering string from 3 Rivers, will be long, long enough for long string tillering!

You could use their tillering string to "short" tiller, and then adust the timber hitch, once the bow is tillered, and shoot with it! Just have to cut some length from it.

If your building a bow, good reason to get ya some string material and learn to make 'em.
You can do it!
