Labs are great dogs - very likely the best as far as companionship, loyalty and ability to do whatever you teach them. The only downside is they break down to easy and it kills me to go through all the hip and knee issues that are so common with them. Keep them on glucosamine from an early age to avoid some of the joint issues. I have 4 friends/family with labs and all have had single or double knee surgeries. Surgery works great but it sure sucks seeing them go through it.

Was out doing a little stumping today and my girls looked so pretty running around I thought I would take a picture and show those who responded to my original post how my dogs are growing. They are my constant companions as my human girls dont want to go if its anything but nice. Thanks for looking.

Nice choice in dogs. Just got back from stumpin with my female chocolate lab myself. She loves going out to see how muddy she can get. The clean up after is worth the fun though.

I love the look of your labs. I have two myself a fox red and a black sprinkled with chocolate.
I plan on getting a chocolate female in the future.
If you breed your chocolate in the future i would love to know.
