Visiting a battle buddy I served with in Iraq. 3D shoot in the morning.  BBQ and fireworks in the evening.  Friends, family and remembering all those who sacrificed for us to be free.

My wife and I just bought a house in town and I'm going to be ripping out 1200 sq ft of carpet and cutting it into 2' x 4' rectangles to make into a compressed 2'x4'x4' carpet target on a lodgepole frame with a metal roof. I'm going to be losing a little shooting flexibility, but the increased time spent walking 5 min. to work instead of 20 min. drive will give me more time to shoot and otherwise fiddle with stuff.

Happy Independence Day!

Spending another 4th in another war zone.

Its especially meaningful when i work away from home protecting what i love so much, my family and our freedom.

You guys keep on this thread.  I would love to see pictures of you all shooting with your families.   I have to live vicariously through you all.

Thanks to my TradGang family.  Jack
