Pat, Congrats on the Pig. That young pig should be very tender, just the way I like them. Good shooting, love my Shrew also a Classic Hunter.

You guys had it right! I just finished eating that little pig after marinating it for a dsy then roasting it for 5 hours. Man, it tasted awesome and fell right off of the bone. Much less wasted meat.
