Took a walk this a.m.
« on: July 10, 2011, 01:08:00 PM »
I had to get out of the house this morning. I spent all day yesterday at funerals for close friends and I needed to clear my noggin.

Thanks guy's. I really do feel better! Sometimes the physical exsurtion will beat you down enough to stop the constant "thinking" and then sitting absolutly still in a little patch of Aspens for a little while really helped bring back the peace. Plus I had lots of company....

Sorry for you loss. A walk in the Colorado high country is always good therapy when one's mind is on the downside.
