New 17" Sky TDX
« on: July 14, 2011, 01:36:00 AM »
Got my new 17" Sky today (Thanks Ben). Havent had a chance to shoot it yet but so far am pretty impressed with the quality of it. I have my HEX 5 H limbs on it.

Nice.

Does the riser have a flat shelf or is there a hump on it for shooting off the shelf?

I've got HEX  5's on my DAS riser. Best limbs I have ever shot. That's a nice looking bow. What are the specs?

Bill the specs are:
17" Sky TDX Riser
Short Border HEX 5 H limbs for a 58" bow
The limbs scale 48#@26.5" at the minimum setting(Bolts 5 turns out). I have it set at 51.5#@26.5"
Brace Height is 7.5"

Oh and I agree whole heartedly on the limbs.
