I'm a new poster and I would like to say hello. I bowhunted with a recurve when I was a teenager, but back then I was the only person I knew that hunted this way. Lack of common ground drew me into rifle hunting for the next 30 years. I was never happy doing it, and misused a small fortune buying rifles to try to create a interest in it. I lost focus on what hunting is all about. I've since given up rifles and rekindled my original love for this sport, and have never been happier or more excited to hunt. I would just like to say thanks to you all, your posts have restarted a passion I thought I had lost. I look forward to being a traditional bowhunter for the rest of my days. Coming full circle sucked, but I'm glad I got back to my point of origin. Thanks all! (I'll be asking for alot of advice!)

Welcome to ya! If I may give a little advice pick up a copy Of "Shooting the Stickbow" by Anthony Camera. It helped me a great deal after a injury related hiatus. Full of good info about every aspect of shooting.
