Nock high
« on: July 16, 2011, 11:57:00 PM »
I usually bare shaft a new batch of arrows in a rough fashion. Two shots andfletch as I am only checking the dynamics of the new batch
I have somecedars that spine out and weigh in my normal range.   I cut them and straightened them three nightsin a row. They roll well on the glass table top.
I cannot get them to fly any but tail high.  I went downs low as to have they bouncy off the shelf
Never had this happen. Any ideas?  They tuned in left, right easily, but nock high!  My other arrows for this bow shoot very well

I used my 25 year old tool and reset the brace and the nock height.  Works. Seems I forgot that step.
