They are the best. I have had one of there diamond series bows and it appeared to be cracking. I called the people at 3rivers and they are sending me a brand new bow. What customer service. Thanks 3rivers.

Good on them. I have heard some mixed opinions on them lately but this is great news.

I recently placed an order with them but when I got it I noticed that part of the packing tape on both ends was torn.  The hotmelt glue stick that I had ordered was peeking about 1" out.  After inspection I was bummed out to notice that the wooden arrow tapering tool that  I had ordered wasn't in the box!  After contacting them by email they said that they would mail out another that same day.  It got here just a few days later.  I was pretty stoked and was very happy with their customer service and will definitely shop with them again.

Selection and speed in which they ship is excellent.  I have had good results with them.  Only negative was recently I called to inquire about AD hammerhead lights and the person I spoke to didnt really seem to know about them 1st hand but gave a very confident negative opinion of them.  After talking to Ted at Raptor I saw the difference of someone who thinks and someone who knows.  I understand when companies grow you need to add new people who are sometimes green but, a I dont know let me check and have someone else get back to you is better than BS IMHO!   Again 1 negative in many dealings and transactions is great overall though!

1st class all the way IMHO I have even called them from work with no catalog in hand and have had them talk me through an order over the phone. Great people!

I try to spread my joy around as much as possible, but most of the boxes laying around here (with arrow holes in them) are from 3R.

Good folks. Good service. Good prices. Now if they could just be open 24/7...
