New Bow Day Bama Bows Expedition Hunter
« on: July 21, 2011, 07:22:00 PM »
Got home from work and saw that the USPS guy dropped of a long wooden box from Tulsa Ok, my Bama bows Expedition Hunter had arrived! 60in long Reflex/Deflex 40lb @28! As usual Nate did not disapoint, riser is mainly Zebra wood with some Becote accents on black glass! I plan on using this bow out of a tree stand and I have 2 of his D-Style 66inchers which I love, but this bow is my first R/D bow it is very smooth and liteweight, very easy to manuever in the woods!

please post images no wider than 640, thank you

Sweet bow, this morning I placed my first ever order for my first ever custom bow, after about a year of reading and researching. After some email with the bowyer, Nate Steele, I jumped all in and ordered a Bama Bows take-down Expedition Hunter. Man am I stoked and feel like a little kid waiting for Christmas morning to open presents....lol.

I would sure like to see more pictures.  I ordered a hunter a few days ago and just like Mike, I am counting the days until it arrives.

His wife may be be giving birth any minute, but he is building bows feverously, he sent me a finished pic of a Royal Expi takedown 58in, it was gorgeous! I am having him build me another Expi royal 62in mostly Osage with a gloss finish and antler tips!
