I got my Big Jim Buffalo Bow
« on: July 23, 2011, 04:47:00 PM »
I got a call from Big Jim middle of last week. Said my bow would be mailed out the following Monday or Tuesday. It arrived this past Wensday, three days ago. Beautiful bow!! This one was worth the wait. And a good shooter too.
44 @ 27", R/H, 58" long, with black and white ebony veneers, bamboo cores, buff horn on front of the riser and tips and a beaver tail grip. I have been admiring it to no end. I keep looking at it to make sure it really here.
I have some pictures of it, but don't know how to post them here on tradgang. I can email them if someone can help me get them posted. Thanks, Jim

I was out shooting the Buff Bow this afternoon. Still working with the brace height some. I started at 7 3/8" and moved up to 7 3/4" a little at a time. I moved it back down to 7 1/2". It shoots the best for me there.
I'm shooting 500 (2016's) aluminums cut to 28" with 145 grains on front. Shoots them real well. I am going to try some 2114's also. Jim
