Scouting Trip - Pics
« on: July 24, 2011, 11:19:00 PM »
Here are a few pics I shot today....needed to get out and figured I would check out a new spot for a few elk...No elk seen, but definatly not a wasted trip, what a beautiful day!

Beautiful.  Looks like you could always fish if you can't get on the elk.  Is that an Eberlestock X2?

Great photos Jake. What's up with the long sleeve shirt though. Don't you mountain boys know its 100 degrees outside. Haha.

That is the beauty of the high country...nearly 11k feet...it is a bit cooler up there.

Also this particualar area is known for its mesquito population, so longsleeves beats alot of nasty spray.
