Never think that one idea is the only idea.  i liked longer recurves and hill style bows, once my form was so locked in to the Hill style bows with straight grips that I was convinced anything else was too touchy to shoot.  Then i bought my wife a little Lost Creek NAT, and I have a different opinion, not all 54" bows shoot like 54" bows, some are real fast and real accurate and easy to use. I am afraid to get one for myself, I fear that my longbows would get lonely.
