Nolan, glad to have you here. There are several of us in NE KS. and NW Mo. you'll have to get together with us at some of the 3d's and we can visit and talk hunting. What is the closest town to you?
I would've taken better care of myself,if I'd known I was gonna live this long!

I lived in Manhattan for several years and still go back every chance I get.  Great area up there, but don't tell anyone that!  Go check out The Nocking Point in Winchester.  Great place.

Welcome Nolan, I may have missed it, but what part of Kansas are you in? As said earlier, their are alot of good traditional people in Kansas. The Nocking Point is the bomb. If you are close to DeSoto, the Prairie Traditional Archers have a range.

Welcome from SC.......♠  :wavey:    :archer2:
Security is mostly a superstition. It does not exist in nature, nor do the children of men as a whole experience it. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure, or nothing. TGMM ♥

Welcome aboard. I am also in the NE part of Kansas (Leavenworth).I second the recommendation for the Nocking Point and for the club in Desoto (Prarie Traditional Archers).  Great hunting opportunities in the region.  Kansas has great deer, turkey, and small game.  A few hours drive to Oklahoma offers up great hog hunting.  Twelve hours will put you in the high country of Colorado.

I'm in Andover-- just east of Wichita.  NE is a great area.  Dad and I make a trip to near Holton a couple times a year.
Welcome to a great state and great website!
