Try 3-Rivers. You can also try stuffing a burlap sack, avaliable from most feed stores.

Grocery stores often have a "can" at the entrance for the return of all the plastic bags. They are happy to give it away if you ask.

I have an Ames U stuff it. It works pretty good. I have just about all my inlaws and outlaws saving their shopping bags.

I stuffed a burlap type rice bag with those flimsy plastic shopping bags. It's about the size of an over stuffed cereal box. I throw it as far as I can, then whack it with an arrow.
Great little cheap target. Usually goes about 15-20 yards.
Great practice for ranging and also rabbit and grouse shots.

Look at shipping companies. I use one that covered some equipment. It is nylon not burlap. I also stuffed it with huge old pillows and other plastics. Makes avsatisfying thump.

i bought a yellowjacket stuffit at a local shop. if you have a lake close by with a marina that stores boats for the winter they cover those boats with a heavy shrink wrap plastic. check by in the spring when they take that stuff off and there will be mountains of it. cut it into strips and stuff it. it will take thousands of shots. i have been shooting mine for 2 years.

I would get them direct from the manufacturer. They have a lot of shapes and sizes:

I liked to use a piece of eathafoam in the kill zone area, which makes the arrows stick in straight so you don't damage slightly hanging arrows. The rest I stuffed with used shrink wrap, you can get that stuff for free at places where they unpack palettes (grocery stores, home improvement stores, warehouses etc.)

I got one when they first came out...the deer target. OMG...it came in a blondish color... :(
Bought some acrylic spray in grey...thinking it would look more "deer colored", then my buddy's son commented that hanging in his woods where we set up a range, "What is Ijor doing in our woods?" (don't know if I spelled that kids animal name right)
Worked for a long time though!

Furniture stores are also a good spot to get all the plastic stuffing you can use. Every piece of furniture they get in comes wrapped in heavy gauge plastic.

I have stuffed 50 pound feed sacks with plastic grocery bags and they lasted for a long time. Get the bags packed in good and tight and make sure to use a stick to stuff the bags into the corners and you'll have a $3 target that will last for at least 2 years without an arrow ever passing though it.
