Good luck guys. I placed an order on Aug 4, and just received it today Aug 22.

I called Aug 15 and was told it was shipped a few days after I first ordered and would receive it in a few days.

It was shipped on Aug 15 and I got it today and was short some feathers.

I will be buying some place else from now on.

I sent a message to Hidden-E about the feathers.

The problem was not the feathers, as anyone can make a mistake myself included. It was when I called 11 days after I placed my order on Aug 15 and talked to a man, he told me my order had been shipped out a few days after I placed it, which was on Aug 4.

After I got off the phone I waited a couple hours and checked on your site and that was when he sent the order on Aug 15, not a few days after Aug 4.

If he would have said he was behind and it would take 3 or 4 weeks to receive my order that would have been OK. I can understand getting behind in your orders, but to tell me it was shipped and knowing it was not, well you can call it what you
want but that is not how I would do business. And that is the reason I won't be doing business with Hidden- E.

As fo the feathers I was short 3 bright yellow shield cut left wing, and 8 white shield cut left wing. You do not have to bother as I stated before I will be doing my business  elsewhere..

I placed an order with the Hidden E and had not recieved it after a couple of weeks.  I contacted Peter and thru him I found out that the Safari Tuff Arrowmaster I ordered had been back ordered and that was the hold up on my order.  That afternoon I was contacted by a man at hidden E.  My order was shipped and they had my quiver shipped directly to me from the manufactor.  I am pleased with the service and the supplies I got.  The prices are great.

Everything I ordered came in fine as we discussed earlier. I live in a rural area away from FedEx and UPS hubs. I didn't see USPS offered as a shipping alternative when I last looked. Just hoping USPS becomes part of your shipping venues.

I ordered some Magnus broadheads over two weeks ago and I have not seen nor heard anything. I called yesterday but I could not find out anything about my order. I was told that they would call me back.

My advice to those who may be needing some items for the season is to order from 3Rivers or somewhere that will ship within a day or two of when you place your order.

I am shure that the Hidden E folks are good people, but it is very clear that they are not able to handle a large volume of orders. I came to this conclusion not only from my experience but also from reading the other posts in this thread.

I am not trying to upset anyone, but TradGang is a family so I just wanted to save some of the Gang from having to start the season without having what they ordered.

It amazes me how impatient, and quick to judge a lot of you are....

Peter has explained that the sale has gone way better than they ever expected.

And he also has been very open about the fact that they were a bit overwelmed and are trying their best to help everyone that is having a problem.

He also asked that if someone did have a problem to please contact him directly.

Have some patience...lifes too short to sweat the small stuff!
