Wow, what a fantastic adventure. I can't even imagine pulling tight on that string at a critter like that in those surroundings. An amazing accomplishment, congrats.

Denny,
Great going! I have only had the opportunity to hunt Dall sheep one time and it was one of the toughest hunts I have ever experienced. Never came close to bow range.

Congrats! Nice pics. Is there a reason you have a gaiter wrapped around the quiver?

Sound like you hunted Nahanni Butte. I was there in Sept. All that green turned almost orange. Incredible beauty. Shot my ram on the first day. Had to wait 5 days in camp to be picked up because of fog on the mountain.
Believe it or not one of the most incredible things was crossing the Liard River in a ferry. The current is so strong that boat has to point upstream to get to the other side. You can't figure how the captian is going to point the boat perpendicular to shore so the cars can drive off. When I came back I videoed it from a high point.
Sheep meat may be the best. I'd like to have it next to moose before I decide.
