Weatherby Wool Jacket
« on: August 03, 2011, 08:09:00 PM »
I have a chance to buy a slightly used Weatherby wool jacket.  Anyone have any experience with them?  Good choice for a Trad Archer?  Thanks!

Yep.  Reasonably priced, good camo color and they have some kind of black synthetic liner that blocks the wind quite well.  My brother has a parka and likes it a lot.

Appreciate the feedback.  It certainly looks like a great jacket and the camo is perfect for any place or season I will hunt.

Love the Weatherby wool.   Only wish i had bought it when it was still around.  It was an excellent product for the price.

I have one & love it, very warm & fits great good all around camo pattern, too bad they quit making the weatherby line of wool.

Again, I appreciate the input.  I will contact the guy tomorrow and see if we can make a deal.  Never too early to get ready for October!  Have a great night all!

I have one.  I like it, but it is heavy and is best when the wind isn't blowing (and it usually is cooold and windy in ND).  For me, the fit makes it easy to shoot in, which is important.

Buy it if you've found it. You won't regret it. I have a vest and the jacket and use them whenever it's cold here in Wisconsin. Good stuff.
