Awesome work on these arrows! I'm doing the marble dip on my carbons per Mr. Vines thread.

This is my first try at making arrows.  I tried the marbled paint from Mike Vines' how to.
These are POC stained, wipe on poly with a white cap and purple marbling.  My photo skills leave a lot to be desired.

My next project will be trying to add some cresting.

I forgot.  These are for the beautiful bow I got from canopyboy in the bow swap.

Just dyed these turkey feathers and had to see how they'd look on an arrow. Surewood Shafts 80/85's.

Made some to see in the woods. 1, 2 & 3 rings at nock for UK competitions - 1st, 2nd & 3rd shot. Will get a cresting jig soon to do a better job!

Hi Kagross, both the steel and the brass points are 125grn. The shafts are weaker in spine than the arrows I use for my flatbows as there is no shelf cut out on the horse bow and they have to bend more round the handle. The brass points are screw on, miles better thsn messing with glue and they stay on really well. I now use screw on on all my shafts brass, steel 5/16 and 11/32. you can even mend a broken tip if you have to when out in the woods, just carry a couple of spares in your pocket and a taper tool or even shape with a knife if you have to. Also you can easily swap tips for different weights when tuning a new set of arrows.
