I should have given specs, I guess.  70/75 Surewood  with 160 grain heads from Snag. I get really nice flight out of a 60" 55@28" Tall Tines.

When I saw Allen Boice with his Black tail buck and his bow and arrows, I liked the arrows so much I asked Snag to make a set for me.

Hildebrand's sitka spruce is a fantastic arrow shaft. My favorite.

This year's arrows are a mixture my selfbow loves. Shafting is of Red Osier Dogwood, wild rose, and hill cane. Hunting points are made from 8 pt leg bone, carp gill bone plate, cow bone, and one trade point gifted to me by Knawbone. A spring Turkey kill and molting Canadian Geese provided the primaries. self nocks and sinew.

This will be the 1st arrow out of the quiver this year... This is year #2 trying to get it done with primitive gear.

Carp bone point.

Here are some new arrows for my daughter.  Hopefully she likes them and uses them.  I guess I jumped the gun a little because she is only 1.5 years old.  (Wife thinks I am crazy)

A hunt based only on trophies taken falls far short of what the ultimate goal should be . . . time to commune with your inner soul as you share the outdoors with the birds, animals, and fish that live there.
