Congratulations on making the decision Plumber!  Tips are perfect hunting bows. That Elm Burl sounds very nice.  It does seem like a long wait but the time goes by very fast (seems like it has been going by way too fast since I turned about 18).

Are you shooting off the shelf or an arrow rest?

Good job Plumber, Silvertips are legendary bows.
However, I really need some pics or else.

I've never shot one, or even seen one in person, but the pics I've seen of them are incredible. All the reviews are just like yours too.

Nothing like a bow that just makes you smile all over when you shoot her.   :bigsmyl:  Congrats!

Shot one at the IBO Trad World.

Very nice and easy to discern why the Silvertips have such a strong following.

Congrats!!!!!

I put off buying one for years . I bought one in 2008 and now have 2 . The checkered grip is AWSOME. Mine is a killing machine .

I bought a used one about a month ago, I love it. Took it to my local archery shop to shoot, and barely made it out of there with it. It's beautiful and shoots off the charts. Can't wait to take her to the woods.
