A wonderful bowie from Ron Laclair that is special to me, with its shoulder harness (Ron brought it there for me to pick) and a quiver. I sewed the strap on the quiver this afternoon

Very nice. That's a heck of a knife!
I wish I could have met Ron. I got to Denton on Friday and never saw him.

They look great! The strap looks like it was originally made with the quiver. I would like to meet Ron Laclair one day.

I think you'll like the quiver, I love mine. I've tried all styles and that one works the best for me. I don't use a strap, I keep mine cliped to the strap on my Bison Gear haversack.

Thanks Ken bro, and Tom yes I love that qiver and strap!
Now that the shoulder harness for the bowie fits me well, I need to learn how to sharpen such a big blade!
