Squirrel season opens in Georgia monday which means hogs are legal as well. Anybody going out, I am exploring some new territory on the Oconee. Chris

Yeah sounds like my plans, I'll be in my canoe though. Got some spots along the river as far away from roads as possible. Pigs, squirrels or fish don't really care which, I agree, life is good. Chris

you fells got it made.  i found a wma spot where the hogs have ruts cut in to the bank that looks like people have been racing 4weelers.  i was crazy excited to hunt this spot come monday that i couldn't hardly stand it. one reason is because i havn't every killed or even hunted hogs.  i tell my pops what i found and he said i better check the "book" to make sure about the dates.  sure enough i gotta waite till sept 1.
