Bears brace height FYI
« on: August 25, 2011, 02:30:00 PM »
My daughter is buying a Super Grizzly and it came without the paper work. I called the factory and got the following;
Super  Kodiak  8" to 9"
Super Grizzly 7.5" to 8.5"
Fred Bear take down 'A" 7.75" to 8.75"
Fred Bear Take down "B"  7" to 8"

 I was told by the factory that a sheet with this info. is sent with every bow. I said that they need to put the info on the web sight either under tech spec. or FEQ section. That sometimes the dealer only gets the bow out and the string and doesn't set the proper brace height. They will see about putting on the web sight. If anyone has the rest of them go ahead and add.

it's really sad how the bear company is falling apart. in service each time i call for help i get a different anser or no anser at all. they don't return emails and will not do custom work at all. i can see fred crying. (the new owners) no longer care about people now it's just about money.
