Moose on the MooseJohn River in Alaska is pretty hard to beat.  I've done it twice, the first time with Jay Massey.  Still a reasonably priced hunt IMO.

But, for the money, you can't really beat a DIY backpack elk hunt in the CO or Idaho.  Less than a grand and you have a blast.

I think capibara are South American.

Well if your talking outfitted.  Africa is a great experience for the whole family and is priced about the same as a moose hunt in Alaska.

I have yet to do anything other than DIY or a modified DIY where I'm the guest of a friend on his DIY.  I'm going to have to breakdown eventually and do a guided deal though otherwise me and the moose or sheep are never going to come together.

My favorite DIY has to be white-tail deer. Better be because I do it many times every year.

Outside of that 'routine' hunt, the elk hunts I've been on have been closer to the entire package even though in three elk hunts (CO x 2 and WY 1) I've yet to draw an arrow.

I'd better get on the stick though and do a guided deal soon or the moose and I are never going to cross paths. I think that would be my ideal hunt.

For me it would be a hog and deer hunt with a couple of close friends, camping along the river for 4-5 days,if only work didn't get in the way.
