I'm in. Maybe i'll bring some duck if anyone can stand the taste enough to enjoy it.
My old man always says the only way to cook duck is....wrap it in bacon, throw it on the grill, cook it, give the duck to the dog and eat the bacon.....

Let me know if you need some venison. My neighbor shot a deer this weekend with a smoke pole and gave me most the meat. I also have two tags I'm hoping to fill. Should be a good time!

bretto - YES I had a bad nock on a cane arrow and cut my bowstring. I also missed the bag target at 15 feet and... probably a bunch of other embarrassing stuff.
I resigned myself long ago to be 'entertainment value' rather than 'productivity value'.
Cannot wait.
Oh Wait! do we have a date yet?

nope not yet va, it will be in January sometime, I figured most would be chasing deer, and I would be spending most of my time with my family and chasing a few deer until then. But if yall have a date in mind put it out there. Does not hurt, I just will not know much until I get back and spend a few months with my wife and kids.

OK I will start looking at dates for this soon. I am thinking towards the end of the month. I need to get out and look at the public land here and see where the bunnies are. I know of some good stuff just need to go and look and make sure it has not change much while I was gone.

January 28th sounds great to me, it's my weekend off so it makes it easy.
Sounds like it's going to be a great time.
