also was running a few ideas around. was wondering if it is better to do a long day hunt and come out around 2, enjoy the afternoon and have a big dinner and relax. or do a shorter hunt, a small luch go back in for a late hunt and come out for dinner? personaly i think a long hunt would be better as 2 hunts would be A LOT of people moving around but i am game to go with the flow, what ca think????

I'm sure the gang will swing either way.  Certainly don't want to stink up your prime hunting areas!

I think I have a bunch of quarts of moose chili in the freezer.....would make some serious chili dogs!!  Might make Saturday night an adventure!!

Let us know what to bring food-wise.  We should be able to cover anything....and more!

The long hunt would be fine with me.  Either way is fine, actually.

Charlie,

I'll have to see if I have anything left of the moose kielbasa, sticks and sausage that I had made by the Amish in PA.  The Denton Hill crowd put a serious dent in that stash!  It pretty much disappeared as fast as Jeff Springer could slice it with a "tippit" knife.

I'll do some searching in the freezer.

You mean there is going to be food too? Heck, I was just happy to be there and starve. This is getting better every minute.   :p

Charlie, no porcupines. I saw the pics...

Casey, I cannot take credit for killing something I wouldn't eat/use.  That there in the pics is our very own Bowspirit aka. OK I'll leave nicknames out of it.

I will take his word on how the Porci tasted.

I am bummed to say I can not make it. Work on Saturday & my brothers are coming up to my place on Sunday. One brother will be gun hunting bear & the other is a wheelie Guy. Ken, I have to get on that mountain with you @ some point this year. To all that make it enjoy!!! Lots of pics.

Leave the Dilla Killa alone. I heard that Domestic Death is the youngest and only hunter to complete the "Barn Yard Slam". I never thought him to be a glory hound until I saw him on the cover of "Killers Of The Corral", a new mag that caters to them type folks. He was posing with what looked like the AFLAC duck and that 90" bow of his.
