Displaying Trophy Arrows?
« on: September 10, 2011, 09:36:00 AM »
Just wanted to know if anyone has built any kind of small stand for the purpose of displaying arrows broken as a result of successful shots on game.  If you have something special, could you show us some pictures?  I'm trying to come up with some ideas to build.

I mounted a pic and first bow kill quite a few years ago on a placque and forgot about it.A few years ago I started keeping the bent or broken arrows so hung them with the first.I reuse the ones not damaged. Some still have blood on them.

I shot a nice nine point years ago, I stalked him, and shot him as he was trotting - like 30 yards away ( with a compound however ).  Anyway, I have his head mounted, he scored 144.  On his rack is the carbon arrow that took him, a few robbin hoods from longbow shots, a wood arrow that took a doe, etc.  I place special mojo arrows on the rack to display.  It is not as cool looking as Kip's howver.
