primitive gear for this year

ok so now that we have already seen it in action, here are some pics of my gear this year.  not the best pics because most were done in a hurry..lol  but ill start with the bow pics

the Osage bow is 60" long and 66# @ 25" (i have a short draw)  Brazilian Walnut tip overlays and a walnut hull dyed deer leather grip and strike plate.

here are a few stone pointed arrows, natural rivercane, wild turkey feathers, selfnocks and self knapped points.    sorry points are kinda dirty from test shooting and then re-sharpening

and my knife i resurrected an Old Timer Blade and hafted it into a Pronghorn Antelope Horn

That is nice gear!  Doing my best to go all primitive this year.  I have to produce a couple more points and the season is on.
Teach a child about Christ...then the bow.

that is some great work ryan..you allways have made great bows..i love the arrows too..i didnt know that you chipped that well too..and the speed goat target is sweet..john
