Bama Bows Elite Classic
« on: September 12, 2011, 02:35:00 AM »
My hat is off to Nate Steele of Bama Bows, I just bought a slightly used two-piece Elite Classic courtesy of a fellow tradganger (thanks Mike). It's my first custom built longbow and it really blew me away. I couldn't be happier with the speed, smoothness, beauty, craftsmanship and shoot-ability of this bow. It shot right where I was looking! I only got to shoot it for a couple of days but I'll be back home in the spring and I'll be all over it     :D
Just wanted to share with everyone!

Sorry if the pics come out a little blurry. The riser is stained curly maple with an osage orange accent stripe, red elm limbs and the limbs are tipped with elk antler over more osage orange.

That bow looks quite familiar.  I'm glad it's shooting well for you.  Enjoy it.
