I'm glad to see that most of you see this like I do. First the beauty of a bow is really in how it shoots. The physical beauty is important to make the complete package but it is secondary to the shooting character of the bow which is first and formost to be crafted to be smooth , fast , comfortable and accurate to shoot.

God bless you all , Steve

I will agree that we have some very talented bowyers among us and they create some true works of art. It is also hard to find one that is not a shooter. I just received a Dan Toelke Super D and that is a beauty and is as smooth as silk. I would also like to mention that most are very good people salt of the earth. They go beyond what is expected most of the time. Thanks to all of you who make it possible for us to enjoy the traditional experience.

I didn't know there was a right and a wrong side to put limbs on a riser? Who determines that?

I just let the buyer decide. I put limbs on both sides. LOL ONly one set per riser at a time though.
Belly mounted bows are like oysters. They are something you grow to like better and then get to love em.
for pure esthetics I like the look of flush mounted top mounts though.

God bless you , Steve
