Blackberry was my pick too...

I think I forgot to add Blueberry to the list. If you pick that or another concoction I didn't include in the poll just list it here.

Never met a cobbler I didn't like. Cherry is my favorite though.

Blackberry is my choice also . I make a mean blackberry cordial , kinda like brandy . I have several batches in the works now and could be convinced to bring some with me :0)

Sounds like the menu is beginning to come together...blackberry cobbler with blackberry cordial

. So many deserts...so little time. May have to come both weekends now. I warned my wife to be prepared to eat a lot of dessert this summer... Now that we have the cobbler down...did I mention: apple pecan cake, lemon orange cake, pound cake, trail fudges, blueberry biscuit cake, gingerbread, apple bake, trail date nut pudding, molasses no crust pie.... O.K. I better stop now but there is more

Heck...we might even get to do some hunting after all that eating.

Chuck...I think a peach cobbler is in order also. I'll add that to the desert menu. I've got a pecan apple spice cake outside in the "Oven" cooking now.

Alright...I think we have our Dutch Oven Dinners complete.

Lunch/Dinner 1: Prime Corn Fed Pennsylvania Venison Chip Steak with Onions and Organic Red Sweet Peppers + Dutch Oven Pecan Apple Spice Cake (my families top vote getter today)

Lunch/Dinner 2: Baked Marinated NY Bear Back Straps (aka Tenderloins) with Blackberry Cordial, Peach Cobbler and Blackberry Cobbler.

I can already feel the warmth of the campfire
