Nice video Arrow!

One thing that stood out for me was how relaxed he was up to the point that you really focused in on his face, basically making eye contact.

Good job!!

Thanks for sharing.

Went to Chillicothe for the first 4 days of season.  Saw two bucks a spike and evidence the 4 point rule is working, a giant 6 pointer.  The good news is I am doing my part at a management tool.  There are two less does in Missouri now.  I pulled off a double Saturday night and came within a hair of getting a triple.

I went out opening morning and had doe walk in to about 60 yards.  She seemed to have me pegged from the get go but acted like she was going to give me an opportunity.  Unfortunately, she spooked when I tried moving the video camera to catch the shot.  I did manage to get about 3 minutes of her on film.
Here's the video I took that morning:

went yesterder eve. took my climber to the ridge, just after getting settled i seen a wagging tail walking away to my right, then i seen what it was when he came back, a real nice eight pointer came in about 70-80 yds. and dissapeared,   they are magic you know.then had a little eight pointer walk past at about 5 yds. got it on video , if photobucket every quitts acting up il put it up.

I had 2 does and two younger ones(no spots) come by.

I did a 3/4 draw on one of the little ones at about 15 paces but decided to let down and watch them.

They knew I was there but couldn't figure out what I was and I assume they deemed me harmless..lol(which I am)

It was a very successful hunt for me.

i decided to try u-tube since photobucket isnt co,operating with me. i scanned the area and you can see one of my ground blinds. i wish the little one had a little more bone on his head, he gave me a great shot angle.

Been working wayyyy too much. Only been out twice so far. But as my wife tells me "The season just started, relax."

It feels like we are longer than 8 days in.

Sunday I am going to try and get out there Sunday morning and night.

Had two does out in front of me this evening. No shot opportunities and I would have taken it had it been presented since I looked and now know for sure I have a bonus antlerless tag..lol
