The archery world has lost a great man! I was in The Footed Shaft about a month ago and Lamont happened to be there. We had a nice visit. I'm so glad I had that opportunity for a last visit with Lamont. I know he has been fighting cancer for several months, but he seemed to be doing fairly well the day I was there.

My deepest sympathy goes out to Lamont's family.

Very sad news. Lamont was a great guy. My thoughts and prayers for him and his family.

I have many nice memories with Lamont.
Back in the day before the internet took over the world, his "footed shaft" classified subscription paper was IT.
This is where I and thousands of others found and sold and traded so much of our collection. Made many trades with Lamont too. He was very knowledgable as well.
Rest in Peace Lamont........Philip

Bad news travels fast.

Prayers travel faster.

May Lamont have found peace, for heaven is a much greater traditional hunting ground.

May his family be comforted knowing he has reached the summit.

More prayers are offered for him and to his family.
