I just gotta give a BIG Thank You and recognition to the folks at Hidden-E....and here's WHY.
Orders
First and foremost I wanna say that I don't wanna start an arguement over this or that with some folks on here who were unhappy with what happend with some of the orders placed at Hidden-E.
Second I wanna say that I feel as a TradGang member that WE generally as a group are pretty patient and understanding with how things sometimes don't work out the way we think they should....(Lord knows it happens in the woods and wild to us all the time, but we keep doing it cause we love it). That being said I too understand that sometimes frustration gets the better of some of us and makes us say and do things we normally wouldn't do or say, (just human nature I guess). I listed below my personal experience, and it was a GREAT one, and only do so to share what happend to me as far as my order went.
I, like many others on this site placed an order when Hidden-E was having the AWESOME SALE!!! I too like many others found GREAT prices in several items, but that after a while that our orders had not come in. I waited almost a month and then sent a PM to Peter, who has been SUPER, he responded and told me he would have Rachel get back with me within 24 hrs., and if I was not contacted to e-mail him back. I then waited a few more days, beyond the 24 hrs. based on the information i had received from Peter, but wasn't contacted so I e-mailed Peter to let him know per his request. So today I get an e-mail, and Phone call from Rachel at Hidden-E......
Patience
Ok so I'm gonna continue from Orders. Rachel contacted me two ways, one by telephone and voicemail, the other by sending an e-mail. I called Rachel back and spoke with her over the phone about what had happend with my order. I explained to Rachel that I totally understood how things could get the way they were based on having such a WONDERFUL sale. Rachel told me that when they had the sale that they went from around 10-20 orders a day to well over 100 orders per day for several days, which she said was GREAT but an overwhelming response. Rachel thanked me for being patient over the phone and via e-mail and told me that Hidden-E wanted to make it right. I was offered to have my money refunded, and as an addition a gift for being patient Hidden-E was going to send me a free pack of comprable weight broadheads to what I had orignally ordered. I thought to my self WOW what a deal, and what a great gesture by a SPONSOR company here on TradGang.....
Customer Service
I then had a very pleasant and rather lengthy conversation with Rachel over the phone (sorry Rachel I loved talking to you), and came to an argeement (which was a back and forth kinda friendly arguement), that I would only accept the broadheads if she and Hidden-E would keep my money and find soemthing in the inventory that was close to the original price I have already paid. Rachel, not missing a beat found something and told me that it would be out to me within the 5-7 days via USPS.
I guess the point to this long and rambling here is to say this......
I love this site, and all of the SPONSORS who pay to help keep this site running..Why....because without SPONSORS, both Full-time, Associate, and Corporate, as well as individual contributors this place would not exsist in the capacity that it does. I therefore, make it a point to buy and patronize as many of the SPONSORS here as I can, even if the experience is not what is expected I've found that a little patience with situtations has been good Karma and benefited both myself and the SPONSOR or business in the end. And to conclude this I've got to say this for Hidden-E, I think that the good Lord broke the mold when he made Rachel Preston, because she went WAY WAY above and beyond to insure that my experience with Hidden-E was a GREAT one. THANKS PETER, RACHEL, and everyone else behind the scenes at Hidden-E.
