i believe that arrow would have went all the way through if it wouldnt have hit the far shoulder.

Can't say enough about that. Congrats to Billy and his dad on a job well done. I'd say, that 40# longbow was plenty. A sharp broadhead on a well placed arrow will flat put'um down. Now that was exciting.

That was awesome,I can not wait until my boy is old enough to hunt with his longbow,he is doing well at targets,but it will be afew more seasons until I let him loose on a living animal.Big Congtrats to both of you.
