I had a hard time keeping it together after the shot, tracking and at the recovery-WHAT A FLOOD OF EMOTIONS-proud,thankful,blessed...

Billys hunt and kill seems very quick by bowhunting standards, as we all know. However the kid has spent about 10 of his 12 years preparing for this moment. He was 2yrs old when he first started shooting a bent stick. And has spent countless hours with me in the woods and on the range. The hunting gods just smiled on him straight away!

Such a perfect hit, your young man worked very hard and it certainly shows in the results. He has every right to bask a little in his success. Somehow, I don't believe it will go to his head.
