Refund from CO.... elk tag???

Had to send my elk tag in for a refund due to health problems.    The CDOW info said "allow 90 days".

Anyone else ever do this? If so, how long to get refunded?

My buddy did a few years back.  He got his money back. Don't remember how long it took.

might take less time. But they generally are not in any hurry to give money back. Interest is interest pennies are pennies. My buddy got his money back last year in a month but he is a resident. Non res tags are where the money is for the DOW. You might see it in a month or so.

I had to send my Muledeer buck tag back to Utah this year because of health reasons also and got my refund in a little over 30 days.
