Hey Bud. I'm a huge fan. I've been wearing their stuff since before they changed the name and ownership. I have an unlined coat that I bought before they changed their name and it looks the same as it did the day I bought it, and I wear it nearly every time I hunt!
Here is my advice. Skip the wolfskin, unless you intend to wear it in warm temperatures. It's great stuff...don't get me wrong...but it won't keep you warm as well as the wool. As far as the bibs go, I would also skip the windblock. I have a pair with the windblock, and while they are very warm, having the windblock on the inside of the garment does not make much sense in my opinion. It should be on the outside.
Rather than getting the windblock, get yourself a pair of smartwool/woolpower pants and shirt to go underneath the bibs and coat. Layering wool works the best. It will keep you warm, and the layers will block the wind. Trust me, this will keep you warmer than you could imagine.
In really cold weather, I wear the smartwool/woolpower top and bottom...both the lightweight next to my skin, and then the heavier one over that. Next I put on the unlined bibs, and an unlined coat. Top it off with a stocking cap and some good boots, and I am good for the long haul!
Just another side note...DO NOT mix wool and cotton. What I mean is don't put on anything made from cotton underneath the wool. Cotton and wool do 2 different things. Cotton is designed to hold moisture. They two fabrics fight each other, and you will not stay warm. Go with wool long underwear, socks, etc. You will love this stuff!
