centre cut

g'day all

i'm just wondering how i can measure the centre cut of my samick phantom recurve,i'm having trouble finding the correct spine for the bow,i tried easton shaft selector and it says to use 400 spine arrows at 28" but stu millers calc they come nowhere near

For a recurve, the Easton arrow selection chart is too stiff for me. But, even though I shoot recurve bows, the Easton chart will work for me if I choose the Longbow settings for poundage and tip weights.
