« on: October 05, 2011, 08:09:00 PM »
Not a long story. I was wandering round bout half lost and so was this doe. ..I saw her first and when she came by about 7-8 yards she got sharkbit.

 At the scene..

And 40 yards later..

Heck of a season so far. 6 deer 3 with a stalker longbow,2 with a Hill and 1 with a Mohawk. 1 mmmiiisssss. RC

You hit the nail on the head Curt. Actually got some stomach stuff in the blood. I sat down and waited 45 minutes after the shot. If I had went in right away I probably would have jumped and chanced losing her.RC

Heck.  I walked around half lost tonight too.  Even had a longbow and some tiger sharks.  All I saw was a dead turkey vulture.

Nice job.

6?  I'm lucky if I see one or two while on stand.  And that's per season.  Man, I gotta move when I retire...  Nice job RC.
