Shot an SXT for the first time a few weeks ago.  Felt like a long lost friend.

I bought/sold/traded I don't know … 100-125 bows over a 7-8 year period? I like 11 at one time !!

I too shunned the Zipper for years, then bought an all bamboo one …. then maybe 5-6 more before downsizing everything I had (even my precious non-ACS Adcock that I wish I could find and buy back now for sentiment sake) and now the all bamboo and another Extreme are the only 2 bows I have

LOVE them - and Zipper folks are the best too

I too am a huge Zipper fan and was not always keen on the riser...but until I experieced one for myself, I had no idea.

Glad you got one to try out Fred, I am sure you will love the the new one you have coming.

At the begining I was not really attracted by the Zipper handle it looked so bulky, but when i had one on my hands I found it very well proportioned and the bow shoots like a dream.
I am a Zipper believer, try to believe it!

Ahhhh  that's music to my ears!  LMAO!!!
I have all the confidence in the world that Bill will come up w/ some beautiful woods for it.  After shooting a 1/2 doz of his bows at his shop I'm truely a fan of the Zipper bows.  Too bad I'm bow poor at the moment or I'd be in line also.  Best of luck with the bow Brother..we'll be patiently waiting to see how it turns out!

to be honest i never really liked fred. he really IS a snob and has a very abrasive personality, to put it mildly..

however, he is a bowaholic too and therefore always has new bows for me to try. it's obviously in my best interest to pretend to be "friends" with him no matter how hard that is.

keefer, normally i'd say 6 months (if that) not 8 but this time i think we'd be wrong. freds found a keeper and rightfully so!!!!

If there was a bow named after every letter in the Alphabet Fred has made it to the end...I can think of about 10 Fred had in the past 6 months...Hoots,BlackCanyon,Kananti,Morrison,Thunderhorn,Black Widow,Crowcreek,Pronghorn,Fox and Zipper...Who wants to play this game just add whatever bows you know Fred has had...Good thing his addiction is bows and not women or his wife will   :biglaugh:  Fred  don't take this personnally we/I just like to push ya to your breaking point...  :D

Bill, Funny thing, one of my buddies (you know who you are...LOL) told me today  that he just traded for a Zipper that was posted in the classifieds. Guess he liked the way mine shot!

Fred,
I was just guessing so I was more then half right...I can't say much cause I've traded/sold about as many...I just know if I ever want to know how a certain bow performs before I buy I can always "Just ask Fred"...Remember that commercial years ago Just ask Mikey He trys anything? We can use that commercial for Fred...Just ask Fred He shot all of them...  :biglaugh:
