Wow! I go away for a day and missed the great news. A belated thank you for once again bringing the Grizzly line of broadheads back into the fold.

Hope they can stay in the same price neighborhood. That is a big appeal to these heads. Tough and not too expensive.

Bill,

That is awesome news.  These are the only heads my family shoots.  I have one request.   The newer version were better than the first kind with the bevel ground close to the edge.  My request is that you grind the bevel all the way to the edge.  It would make it a lot easier to sharpen the heads.  I think a lot of folks here would pay a bit more for heads that were close to hunting sharp and just need a bit of work.

I will make a commitment to buying 2 dozen heads in left bevel EL Grandes when you post they are ready for sale.  With a follow on order of 2 dozen more once I get the first set sharp.  My family shoots in broadhead only 3d Shoots from time to time so we need to have a lot of broadheads around.

I am aware that there are some improvements to be made. Although, most of these improvements are minor, this too will take time.  I am glad to see that many of you care enough about these broad heads to suggest ways to improve them and I do appreciate that.
I also see there is some speculation on major price increases and all the gloom and doom that goes along with such assumptions. It will be necessary to increase the price of these heads. HOWEVER, at this time it looks like the increase will only be about $1 per broad head. I really had no plans of discussing prices at this time. The equipment is not even here and running yet, but it seems to me that it is necessary to stop some of the speculation.

Congratulations on the new adventure and thank you for taking it on. I'm sure they will be even better than before. You bows are fantastic and I'm certain your broad heads will be the same.

Ragnarok Forge,my sentiments exactly.I would be fine with the same coarse grind if it were just completed to the edge. This might knock off 75% of sharpening time.I have never been interested in paying for someone to get mine hunting sharp as I have to tune and practice with some and that's a waste of money.I have to sharpen them anyway but completing that bevel would be huge.I'll gladly pay more.

Some other improvements could be beveling the tanto and removing the curled edge of the stamped parts. On the new Grizzlies, that is mostly the rear edges and ferrule rim. These issues aren't deal breakers for me.They don't take long to fix.

The ferrules on the new Grizzlys are perfect and much improved over the old.I consider that big.It really helps with alignment.

Nobody raises prices more than they have to.Raise them to where they need to be.If it isn't worth your while to make them, those machines will go idle again and there won't be any Grizzlys for us to buy.Good luck with your venture Bill.

The quest to improve is so focused on a few design aspects & compensating for hunter ineptness as to actually have reduced a bow & arrow’s effectiveness. Nothing better demonstrates this than mech. BHs & speed fixated designs

Great to hear, seems like a lot of the trad broadheads are going under.

I'm not much of a single bevel guy but I'd love to see them in double bevel.
