Where do you buy 3mm+ shock cord?

I need some replacement for an armguard and some heavier stuff to run thru pals webbing on a backpack. I can't find it anywhere    :banghead:

    I don't know about 3MM I'm an American.
I do have 3/32 and 1/8 How much do ya need.
