Black Widow Buck
« on: October 17, 2011, 08:20:00 PM »
Hey Guys,  Well this old bow hunter finally figured out how to get on trangang.  Im not very good at these networks etc.  I like to do Dentistry and Hunt.. I want to thank my son Dave for writting the article because he did it alot better than I ever could. Im still shaking thinking about that buck walking in on me.. what a feeling.  I sold my compound and will never hunt with anything except a recurve or longbow because it is so exciting and  rewarding.  I love to practice shooting and shapening my heads. I just love it all.  I hope my body holds up to a few more years so I can enjoy the hunt.. I really try to teach my children all I know and have learned thru my life about hunting.  My boys also shoot recurves and we have a blast stump shooting and hunting together.  Later, DrMo

Good on you.  I rate the time spent with my Browning or Howatt/Martin recurves the best of all the hunting I do - centerfire, flintlock or whatever tosses a lethal projectile.

Deer have received so many shots from Black Widows that you might think that they would develop some type of immunity.

Ain't gonna happen!

Congrats!
