ready to be back (injury)
« on: October 18, 2011, 10:30:00 AM »
After most of the last 13 months not being able to shoot because of a shoulder injury I am ready! I have been here before and know I have a long road ahead of me. Taking it slow has never been a priority for me until now. I know I have to take it very slow or I could end up not being able to shoot at all.

I have been practicing my form with a 20# youth recurve I had bought a couple years ago for the now EX wife.

I went about 11 months without shooting w/my shoulder. I shot maybe 30 arrows the first day with no pain and no pain the next day. Good luck. Hap
