Which is the best for a food plot?
« on: October 21, 2011, 08:21:00 AM »
I live in town and have a garden.  In my garden I have the following:
Butternut Squash
Tomatoes
Anaheim Peppers
Jalepeno Peppers
Green Peppers
Egg Plant
Kolrabi
Brussel Sprouts
Okra
Basil
Rosemary
Sage
Parsley

The ONLY thing the deer eat are the two Anaheim Pepper plants.  With all the other goodies - why the peppers?  It's not just once either, about 4 times this summer I have deer tracks in my garden and the ONLY THING IT EATS are the Anaheims - leaves, peppers, stalks the whole thing - weird.  :dunno:

I would have thought the kolrabi and brussel sprouts would have been the first to go.
The best things in life....aren't things!
