I would say 35-40#, right handed. That way everybody can shoot it. The quality can still be evaluated.

I wanted to see if 53-54lbs is to much of draw weight for this pass along? Give me some feedback and if so I will build a new set.
Thanks and good shooting,
Dave

Hitman...didn't read any post but yours...but from my experience from hope and faith...you will at least need 3 weeks for each person...a week to receive and ship...and two weeks with the bow....two weeks just wont work....IF they plan on actually hunting with it. If its just a 'try and shoot' two weeks might work.
Just my thoughts....like to see things like this on Trad Gang from Sponsors....its good stuff!

Thanks Terry that sounds like a great idea and I never thought about it. Let me know what you all think about the 3 weeks thing. Some will have it a bit longer than others but this way it will give you a chance to hunt with it or whatever you want.
Thanks and good shooting,
Dave

If you're looking for just a test two weeks is good for me. If you want a field test, three weeks is better, but, I will not have any big game to hunt in my area after Christmas unless I can find someone with land inside the municipalities that allow hunting after gun season ends Jan 1.
53 is a good weight for me to try.

I will see what the majority would like to do. If you just want it for two weeks then send it out to the next guy in line. I will have a list with addresses for the next guy in line.
Thanks and good shooting,
Dave

Ok folks I have the two risers that are ready and limbs for spraying. The final specs are 53# @ 28". It is on the lighter of the 53# and AMO 62". There is matching limb caps and nock ends with "mappa burly" veneers bamboo cores. I didn't go with the green/grey handle do to the limbs just wouldn't look good. So I built a matching right handed riser to match the left hand one. The only difference is I switched around how the half moon is where you hold and long moon is out by the limbs, plus I used black phenolic to seperate the woods as well. You are all going to have to wait to see it, or should I just post some pics once the spraying is done? It is smooth bow and fun to shoot. Spits and arrow really well hits em hard.

I will have a right and left handed riser with some differences to show options that are available. I believe you will all enjoy it and have some fun. Leave some feedback on ideas, concepts and possible new looks if you have any. I am always open to new ideas.
